How is my order shipped?

We ship using several different carriers including Canada Post, USPS, UPS and Fedex. We will contact you if there are items in your order that cannot ship. We can ship partial orders but these may also be subject to additional shipping charges.

How do you determine the shipping cost?

The shipping cost is determined by the weight of your order, where it is going and what type of shipping you specify. International and express shipping will cost more than regular shipping.

What if I have a pre-order item?

Shipping costs for orders are calculated as a single order so we generally send orders out together as one package. If you have a pre-order item then the full order will not be shipped until the pre-order item is ready. Please contact us at shop@therugbyshop.com if you would like to receive your in-stock items earlier. In this case, additional shipping costs may apply. 

Do you ship on weekends and holidays?

Our shipping department operates Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Except where otherwise specified, shipping and delivery services are not available on weekends or holidays.

What happens to my shipping costs if I return an item?

Our standard returns policies apply. When you return an item, we will issue a full refund less shipping charges. When you exchange one item for another of equal or lesser value, we will not usually charge to ship your return item to a domestic address.

Is there anything that will delay my order?

Customization, special order, back order, and verification of your billing information take time.  There may also be delays for processing and availability of stock. We will contact you if there will be any significant delays to your shipping timeframes.

What should I do if my goods are damaged or lost in transit?

If you are certain that you did not receive your item, please contact us and we will file a report with the carrier and repair, replace, or refund your purchase as quickly as we can.

What happens if an item is missing or is incorrect?

Please contact us and we will send or replace missing or incorrect items as quickly as possible.

Are there any other costs?

International shipments may be subject to customs duty or VAT. This is standard practice for international shipping especially with 3rd party carriers. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
